Contact and feedback
When you send a contact message or feedback, we store the details you provide so we can review your request and respond. Bug reports can include a screenshot when you choose to attach one.
Your buying plans
Buying allowances can be remembered in this browser. Previously saved home cost assumptions and renovation notes can still be loaded from this device's local storage. New per-home edits last for the current visit. Saved plans and notes are not uploaded to our servers or shared across devices. General search allowances can appear in shareable page URLs and are received when those pages are requested. Avoid putting sensitive personal or financial information in notes.
Browser storage remains until you clear it. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see saved plans. Nearby facilities are served from a dated OpenStreetMap snapshot; historical destination weather is requested by our server from Open-Meteo without sending your buying plan.
Interactive maps
When you open a map, your browser loads map images directly from OpenStreetMap. This shares your IP address and our website origin with the map service. Map browsing does not request your device location. Home markers show the advertised town, rather than a verified property address.
